Crown Castle International Corp. Analyst Notes

redeem all of its outstanding $500
million aggregate principal amount of 7.125% Senior Notes
due 2019 (the "7.125% Notes") on May 2,
2014. The 7.125% Notes will be redeemed with the net
proceeds from the Company's latest public offering of senior notes
due 2022. The notes due 2022 carry interest rate of 4.875% per
annum and are priced at 99.5% of their face value to yield 4.951%.
