Pound Climbs Ahead Of U.K. Industrial Production

The U.K. industrial output for August is due at 4:30 am ET
Wednesday. The pound strengthened against its major rivals ahead of
the data.
The pound was worth 1.5287 against the greenback, 183.47 against
the yen, 1.4789 against the franc and 0.7353 against the euro as of
4:25 am ET.
