company has entered into the Natural Products industry and it
welcomed Saavy Naturals. Additionally, the company announced new
management.

2016, with a closing date of January 10, 2017, Trimax's previous
business has been spun out of the company. HuDeb, LLC purchased all
outstanding preferred shares from Mina Mar Group, as well as
350,000,000 common shares which have been canceled. In addition,
the Company acquired all of the outstanding equity of Saavy
Naturals, Inc., a Nevada corporation, which is a manufacturer of
handcrafted body care products under the brand "Saavy Naturals,"
and the acquisition was for 225,000,000 newly issued restricted
common shares of TMXN at a valuation of $1.8 million USD, which was
2x the 2016 top line sales for Saavy Naturals. All previous
officers and directors of Trimax Corporation have stepped down from
their positions.
