when I first started loading up on these shares, I had made a notation that the DTC had these 715m shares. likely, I got that Info from otcmarkets com

I see now that I formation has changed . I cannot explain when or how that changed, but for sure it has changed.

I’m not sure what your point is, or the confusion. The shares outstanding is 715m. Only 6.64m are at the DTC. Unrestricted roughly 18m… so 11m or so is unrestricted but the owners haven’t moved them into their accounts yet. Sometimes it’s a tedious process. 696m are still restricted.

What I have seen in the company's reports is that in 2022, at least one quarter before the end of their fiscal year they were authorized for 200M shares of common with under 25M issued.
By the next quarter,and the end of their fiscal year, their authorized share count was 1B and about 26M issued.

The DTC has 715M of those shares. The float is still very low. I'm going to dig again to find out what I can about the shares the DTC currently holds.

I have reviewed a few past reports and the restricted shares held by investors were issued during the ENGA days and could not really find anything about the dates. Unless I missed something I could not find what the terms were and when they become unrestricted. If that is the reason for the wait, then it is legit. If the wait is for other reasons, well, we will have to wait in the dark and wait for the next NR and hope they go through with their plan. One thing that concerns me is that they are burning money without any actual revenues. One hopeful detail, is that they bid $3.5 million to buy a soccer team. That is a good sign.

The answer to your question is likely held in the filings the company posted at the time those stocks were originally offered.
Sit down when you have a bit of quiet time and peruse their SEC disclosures over at otcmarkets.com.

Seems to me I had done this once when I first got in . I had thought I'd be out by now and have since forgotten this info.

I do not have an enormous stake in this so I've been content to let it just play out regardless of this factor. For my investment goals, this still makes sense.

Would you happen to know when most of those shares become free? We would then expect a rise in price just before those shares become unrestricted. My theory is, maybe they are looking for a new partner who is willing to get a foot in NA and Europe. Thx for posting.

If it were me, I would wait until all my family and friends shares became unrestricted. The vast majority of shares outstanding is in that group. I thought that was the reason for some time now. I thought it was 12 months , but that was wrong.

So I clicked on the link they provided and it took me to the website where there was a video so I played it. Towards the end of the video it said it was available on the Appstore and Google Play. It isn't. While I was on the page I looked around. On the bottom of the page it said you can download it on the Appstore and Google Play. You can't.

Why would I watch the video and why would I try to download the app? Because I am long BBUZ and I very much WANT there to be an App. I don't believe there is one, but hey, unlike others I can be wrong. I truly hope I am wrong. So far I am not.

What am I stirring up? Up until now, I have been right.

Darn right Patience will pay off here! I thought Kevin O'Leary's $20 billion offer a few days ago for TikTok helped to exemplify that the space we are playing in is white hot,  but if you listenled to Trump last night in the Oval office while he signed  the Tic-Tok Executive Order, he was answering a reporters question, and said  he thought off top of his head that TikTok's probably worth $1 trillion. He said if "we split it with US ownership or something like that then it’s worth there in that statement roughly 500 billion, he thought that's a good deal. That's what he said lol, the space just got even hotter imho !!!

I watched the video - at the 51 second mark of the video it says to Download Bebuzee app now in the AppStore for or Google Play.

Also at the bottom of the webpage there is a link to download Bebuzee for IOS - all it does is take you to the top of the page.
