Restaurants Inc. is proud to officially announce an important new
strategic direction within the company and its franchisees that
aims within 10 years to open more than 200 locations across
North America, adding to the
almost 30 restaurants already established in Canada. The nearly 40-year-old brand, whose
current visual identity was adopted 15 years ago, is changing its
identity, logo, menus and business model.
The new identity reflects the major changes that have occurred
at Pacini Restaurants, in particular with respect to its brand
positioning of a restaurant with Italian charm, recalling its
origins, authenticity, love of food and love of people.
A Quebec Leader Set to Conquer North America
The
Quebec leader's shift is directly
connected to its development plan with hotel chains. In the last
few years, Pacini Restaurants has partnered with Moose Hotel &
Suites in Banff, Acclaim Hotel
Calgary Airport, the Marriott Hotel in Mississauga, Hôtel Universel in Alma, the C
Hôtel Le Navigateur in Rimouski,
Auberge Gouverneur in Shawinigan
and the Holiday Inn Calgary. In the case of some Quebec hotels that switched their restaurant
banner to Pacini, the move was followed by a 2% increase in their
room occupation rate.

The change of logo and
identity reflects the company's new positioning of a restaurant

A new menu featuring delicious, authentic Italian dishes made
with quality ingredients and zero artificial trans fat has been
introduced at restaurants in Quebec. A Quebec-wide renovation phase will be completed
by 2019. Moreover, an agreement has just been concluded for the
opening of an all-new Pacini restaurant on de Maisonneuve Blvd. in
downtown Montreal.
