Share buyback
VinaLand Limited ('the Company' or 'VNL') announces that,
pursuant to the share buyback authority added to the Company's
Memorandum and Articles of Association on 10 December 2010, on 13
January 2017, the Company purchased 7,637,500 Ordinary Shares of
USD0.01 each at an average price of USD0.690 per share.
Following these transactions, VNL has spent USD92.9 million
overall repurchasing 155,015,661 shares which have been cancelled.
This represents 31.0 percent of the Company's 499,967,622 Ordinary
Shares in issue prior to the beginning of the share buyback program
and as a result, total voting rights in the Company have been
reduced to 344,951,961.
