U and I Group PLC (LSE: UAI) today announces, as required by DTR 6.3.5(3), that its Annual Report and Accounts has been published and is now available on the Company's website: www.uandiplc.com. This follows the release on 26(th) April 2017 of the Preliminary Results Announcement for the year ended 28(th) February 2017.

In compliance with LR 9.6.1, the Company has today submitted the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 28(th) February 2017 (the 'Annual Report') to the National Storage Mechanism and this will be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do
