Supermarket Income REIT PLC, announces that on 25 October 2019,
Nick Hewson, a Non Executive Director of the Company, transferred
80,000 shares in the Company held in his own name to his
self-invested personal pension. (the "Transfer").
No change to the number of shares beneficially held by the PDMR
has occurred in connection with the Transfer.
The notification below, made in accordance with the requirements
of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, provides further detail.
