Expiry of Warrants

Savannah Petroleum PLC, the British independent oil & gas company focused around activities in Niger and Nigeria, confirms that the Warrants which were issued in conjunction with the completion of the Company's Second Tranche Placing in relation to the acquisition of the Seven Energy Assets (as referenced in the Company's RNS dated 8 February 2018) have now expired. As such, there are no further Warrants outstanding.

Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms in this announcement have the same meaning ascribed to them as in the Company's Admission Document dated 22 December 2017.
