Rotala plc (AIM:ROL), a provider of transport solutions across the UK, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 November 2019 are available to view on the Company's website at the following link: http://www.rotalaplc.com and were posted to shareholders earlier this month, together with the Company's notice of its Annual General Meeting (the "Notice") to be held at the offices of the Company at Cross Quays Business Park, Hallbridge Way, Tividale, Oldbury, West Midlands, B69 3HW at midday on 27 May 2020.

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, shareholders are reminded not to attend the AGM in person following the Government's guidance in relation to essential travel. Further information on the revised AGM format is set out in the Notice.
