Following the acquisition yesterday of 140,195 ordinary shares of EUR0.01 each in the capital of the Company, FMR LLC is now the holder of 11,378,695 ordinary shares of EUR0.01 each in Origin. This holding represents approximately 9.1% of the Company's issued share capital, excluding treasury shares.
