--Royal Bank of Scotland PLC (RBS.LN, RBS) has chosen the brand name Bo for a standalone digital lender it is developing, Sky News reported Thursday.

--Bo, scheduled to launch next year, will only be available on mobile devices, the report said.

--According to the report, RBS hopes to move about one million NatWest customers to the new platform.
