Board Changes
Further to the announcement made on 29 November 2019, Mitie
Group plc ('Mitie') today confirms that Andrew Peeler has been
appointed to the Board as Group CFO with immediate effect.
There are no details to be disclosed pursuant to LR 9.6.13 R (1)
to (6) and Andrew does not currently hold any shares in Mitie.
Paul Woolf will resign from the Board with immediate effect but
will be available to support the Board until 28 January 2020.
