Microsaic Systems plc (AIM: MSYS), the developer of chip-based mass spectrometry instruments, announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 11:00 a.m. on 15 May 2017 at the offices of Citigate Dewe Rogerson, 3 London Wall Buildings, London, EC2M 5SY. The Annual Report (including the Notice of AGM) and the Form of Proxy will be posted to shareholders today. Microsaic Systems was established in 2001 by a team including founders from Imperial College London, and was admitted to AIM in 2011 (ticker: MSYS).
