mporium Group PLC (AIM: MPM), the mobile commerce specialist, was notified on 5 November 2015, that on that date, Nigel Walder, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, transferred 1,665,822 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his Self-Invested Personal Pension (SIPP) at a price of 9 pence per Ordinary Share.

As a result of this transaction, Nigel Walder's holding remains unchanged at 8,210,074 Ordinary Shares which represent approximately 1.90% of the Company's total voting rights.
