Issue of equity

Total voting rights

The Company announces that it has issued and allotted 250,000 new ordinary shares as a result of the exercise of warrants granted to Beaufort Securities Limited as part of their corporate broking advisory services fees (the "New Ordinary Shares"). The warrants were exercised at a price of 5p per share.

Application will be made for the New Ordinary Shares, which rank pari passu with the Company's existing ordinary shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is anticipated that Admission will be effective on 6 December 2016.

The Company's share capital, including the New Ordinary Shares, consists of 32,826,773 ordinary shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 32,826,773. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
