JUPITER FUND MANAGEMENT PLC (the "Company" or "Jupiter")
PDMR Shareholding
The Company has been notified, on 26 September 2018, the

Nick Ring exercised and sold 39,243 options granted in 2018
under the Jupiter Deferred Bonus Plan ("DBP").
Rupert Corfield exercised and sold 13,540 options granted in
2018 under the Jupiter DBP.
