Gamma Communications plc ("the Company") announces the following grant of nil cost share options over ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company to the following Executive Directors and other persons discharging management responsibility of the Company pursuant to the Gamma Long-Term Incentive Plan established on 2 September 2014:
