Grant of Share Options

Flowgroup plc (AIM: FLOW), which develops and commercialises alternative and efficient energy technology products,announces that it has today granted the following subscription options over its ordinary shares of 5p each to Nigel Canham:

One third of these options will be exercisable on the Company's AIM mid-market closing price being maintained at 50 pence or higher for not less than one calendar month; another third will be exercisable on the Company's AIM mid-market closing price being maintained at GBP1 or higher for not less than one calendar month; and the final third will be exercisable on the Company's AIM mid-market closing price being maintained at GBP1.50 or higher for not less than one calendar month.

These options have been granted under the Company's Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme to the extent of the relevant legislative limits and the balance under the Company's Unapproved Share Option Scheme.
