Enterprise Inns plc (the "Company") announces that on 13 January
2017, pursuant to the authority given to the Company by its
shareholders, and a share repurchase programme with Deutsche Bank
AG, London Branch, it purchased for cancellation from Deutsche Bank
AG, London Branch the following ordinary shares:
