The Company announced on 30 January 2017 the publication of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2016.

The Company has today posted copies of the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2016 incorporating the Notice of Annual General Meeting, which is to be held on 21 March 2017, and proxy form to all shareholders.

The Notice of Annual General Meeting has been submitted to the UKLA and will shortly be available from the National Storage Mechanism which is located at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
