RESULT OF GENERAL MEETING AND APPLICATION FOR CANCELLATION OF LISTING 
 
Culver Holdings plc ('Culver') announces that at a General Meeting of the 
Company held today, the resolution to approve the proposed cancellation of 
listing of its ordinary shares of 25p each on the Official List and on the main 
market of the London Stock Exchange ("Listing") was approved by a 99% majority 
of the votes cast at the meeting. 
 
Accordingly, following the meeting, the Company has today applied to the UK 
Listing Authority for the cancellation of Listing with effect from 20 May 2009.
