Culver Holdings plc ('Culver') has, further to the announcement made on 2 April 
2009, issued a circular in connection with the proposed cancellation of listing 
of its ordinary shares of 25p each on the Official List and on the main market 
of the London Stock Exchange and giving notice of a General Meeting to be held 
on 21 April 2009 
Copies of the circular have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will 
shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document
