Xploite plc ("Xploite", "the Group", AIM: XPT), the operator and aggregator of 
strategic and high growth IT services businesses, announces that issues of 
dispute have arisen with regard to the sale and purchase agreement between its 
wholly owned subsidiary VBHG Limited ("VBHG") and Cantono plc ("Cantono") 
arising from VBHG's acquisition, announced on 27 November 2008, of the managed 
services business from Cantono's group. The dispute has arisen over the amount 
of the deferred consideration that was due to be paid to Cantono on 15 March 
2009. 
 
 
The Board does not expect this dispute to have any impact on the Group's current 
expectations for the year.
