Directorate Change

The Board of Cenkos Securities plc today announces that it has been informed by Jim Durkin, Chief Executive Officer, of his intention to retire from the Company. A date for Mr Durkin's departure has not been set and he has agreed that to ensure a smooth handover he will continue to remain in the role of Chief Executive Officer and as a director of the Company until a suitable successor has been appointed.

The Board will immediately commence a search for a successor and will make a further announcement regarding the appointment in due course.

Commenting on the Board change, Gerry Aherne, Chairman of the Company, said:

"The Board would like to thank Jim for all his hard work and the contribution that he has made to the development of the business over the past twelve years and in particular the last five years as Chief Executive

Officer.   We thank him for his commitment and are grateful for all that he has done."
