Georgia Capital PLC announces publishing of its Annual Report
2020
Georgia Capital PLC (the "Company") has today published its
Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 December
2020 (the "Annual Report 2020").
The Annual Report 2020 is available to view on the Company's
website at https://georgiacapital.ge . A copy of the Annual Report
2020 has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will
shortly be available for inspection at
https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism . In
compliance with its obligations under section 6.3.5(1) of the
Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company also
releases the unedited full text of its Annual Report 2020.
The Annual General Meeting is scheduled for 25 May 2021 and the
Notice of Annual General Meeting will be dispatched to shareholders
on or around 13 April 2021.
