Total Voting Rights

Bellzone Mining plc ("Bellzone" or the "Company") (AIM: BZM) clarifies the total voting rights in the Company ("TVR"), have decreased by 75,000 fully paid Ordinary Shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares"), from 1,573,845,213 to 1,573,770,213 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the UK Financial Conduct Authority.

The de minimis decrease (0.0048%) in TVR is due to a corresponding increase in Ordinary Shares held in Treasury, which was traced to an historical administrative error and determined during the recent transfer of the shareholder register to the Company's new registrar, Neville Registrars. Bellzone confirms that it holds 24,088,170 Ordinary Shares in Treasury and the issued share capital of the Company is unchanged at 1,597,858,383 Ordinary Shares.
