BKN announces the transfer of shares held in treasury 
In accordance with Rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies, BKN today announces 
that under its share buyback programme, approved by the shareholders at the 
Company's 2008 Annual General Meeting, the directors of the Company have 
approved the following purchases and transfers into treasury of BKN's shares.
