Sebastian Holdings Ltd ("Sebastian Holdings").

Stimmrechtsanteil an der BKN International AG, K? Deutschland, ISIN:DE0005290704, WKN: 529070 am 18.09.2007 durch Aktien die Schwelle von 5%
der Stimmrechte ?hritten hat und nunmehr 5,15% (das entspricht 999.761 Stimmrechten) betr?.

On December 9, 2008, Sebastian Holdings Ltd.,Turks and Caicos, British West Indies has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the
WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights in BKN International AG, K? Deutschland , ISIN: DE0005290704, WKN: 529070, have exceeded the 5% limit
of the Voting Rights on September 18, 2007 and now amount to 5.15% (this corresponds to 999,761 Voting Rights).

limit of the Voting Rights on September 28, 2007 and now amount to 10.08% (this corresponds to 1,954,781 Voting Rights).
