Act

    On September 09, 2008, SAREK HOLDINGS LTD, Turks and Caicos, British West Indies informed BKN that pursuant to Article 21, Section 1 of
the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights in BKN have exceeded the 3%, 5%, 10% and 15% limit of the Voting Rights on August 28, 2008 and
now amount to 15.6059% (this corresponds to 3,141,516 Voting Rights).
