Expected revised terms of convertible loan notes

Further to its announcement of 16 November 2016, the Company announces that it has reached an understanding with the lenders under the convertible loan agreements of 24 December 2014 in the aggregate amount of EUR16,800,000, to further extend the maturity date and amend the conversion price of the convertible loan notes. The Company will make a further announcement once the agreement is signed.
