Issue of Equity and Change in Total Voting Rights

The company has issued 1,051,793 New Ordinary Shares of no par value in the share capital of the Company (the "New Ordinary Shares") to a service provider for technical services rendered to Casa Mining Limited in the amount of GBP 33,657.

Application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange ('Admission'). Admission is expected to occur on or around 5 December 2018.

Change in Voting Rights

On 1 October 2018 the Company announced the placement of 44,444,458 share for proceeds of GBP2,000,000. The amount of subscriptions received was in fact GBP1,998,000 and the difference of GBP2,000 is attributed to a calculation error. Therefore, as of 28 November 2018, the total issued share capital of the Company consists of 631,286,447 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.

Total Voting Rights

Following the issue of New Ordinary Shares, the total issued share capital of the Company will consist of 632,338,240 Ordinary Shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 632,338,240 and this figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
