Annual General Meeting held on 25 October 2016 
 
The Board of Aberforth Geared Income Trust plc ("AGIT") hereby report that all 
the resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting ("the meeting") held on 
25 October 2016 were passed by Shareholders on a show of hands. 
 
A total of 50.0m proxy votes were received, representing 45.7% of the 109.5m 
Ordinary shares in issue, in respect of the five resolutions at the meeting. Of 
the proxy votes cast in favour or against the resolutions proposed at the 
meeting, over 96% were cast in favour of all five resolutions.
