Director / PDMR Shareholding
ADVFN announces that on 24 February 2022, Mr Clem Chambers
exercised existing options over 40,000 ordinary shares of 0.2p each
in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 31.25p
per Ordinary Share and a further 160,000 Ordinary Shares at an
exercise price of 43.75p per Ordinary Share, in aggregate amounting
to 200,000 Ordinary Shares. The options exercise proceeds of
GBP82,500 will be used for general working capital purposes.
Accordingly, an application will be made for the new Ordinary
Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). The new
Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary
Shares in issue and it is expected that Admission will become
effective and dealings will commence on or around 4 March 2022.
