                           SHAREHOLDING NOTIFICATIONS



Addworth, the AIM listed "active capital investor" announces that it has
acquired 33,333,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in Plus Investors Limited,
representing 33.33% of that company's equity.  In consideration the Company
transferred 606,055 shares in Gaming Ventures plc over to Plus Investors Ltd,
thereby reducing its holding in Gaming Ventures to 5,443,945 shares,
representing 8.16% of that company's equity.



Plus Investors Limited has been set up to be a pre-IPO investor in PLUS-quoted
stocks.



Mark Watson-Mitchell, the Chairman of the Company, is a director of Plus
Investors Limited and the holder of 33.33% of its equity.  His wife, Diana
Watson-Mitchell, owns 5.0% of the equity of Plus Investors Limited.



Melissa Gilmour, Executive Director of the Company, is also a director of Plus
Investors Limited and the holder of 8.33% of its equity.



Frans Timmermans, the Company's Finance Director, is also a director of Plus
Investors Limited and the holder of 3.33% of its equity.



Albert Collins, Non-executive Director of the Company, is also a director of
Plus Investors Limited and the holder of 3.33% of its equity.
