Advance UK Trust PLC (in members' voluntary liquidation) 
 
Portfolio update 
 
The net asset value at the close of business on 12 March 2010, the last business 
day before liquidators were appointed to Advance UK Trust PLC, was 175.86p per 
share. The Company was placed into members' voluntary liquidation on Monday, 15 
March 2010 when Laura Waters and Richard Setchim, both of PricewaterhouseCoopers 
LLP were appointed as Joint Liquidators. 
As at close of business on 17 March 2010, the Company held 22 holdings in closed 
end funds valued at bid price at GBP22.7m and approximately GBP27.0 m in 
treasury bills, cash and other net current assets. 
 
The largest ten holdings were Asset Management Investment Company, Ceres 
Agriculture, Framlington Innovative, Greenwich Loan Income, Henderson Private 
Equity, Infrastructure India, Marwyn Value, Private Equity Investor, Quorum Oil 
& Gas and Witan. 
 
A further update will be given in advance of the first distribution expected to 
take place in the week commencing 26 April 2010.
