Explanation of Responses:
( 1)  On May 18, 2012, the Registrant issued Richard Chiang 10,000,000 shares stock in exchange for incorporation fees and annual resident agent fees in the State of Delaware, and developing its business concept and plan. These shares were subsequently sold to Gregory Lykiardopoulos in a change of control pursuant to a Share Purchase Agreement.
( 2)  On July 18, 2012, the Registrant accepted the resignations of Richard Chiang as the Registrant's President, Secretary, Treasurer.

Remarks:
On July 18, 2012, a Form 4 disclosing the sale of the Registrant's shares was filed on Edgar. This Form 3 filing was made to disclose the initial ownership disclosure to the July 18, 2012 Form 4 filing disclosure. Ownership disclosure of the shares was also made on the initial Form 10 filed June 6, 2012.
