established a new subsidiary, to be called Petrogistics, Inc.,
effective immediately.
Petrogistics, Inc. is established to be involved in the trading,
brokerage, distribution and other related fields for motor oil, and
other petroleum products, including crude oil.
Along with it's recently acquired other subsidiary, Bottled
Brands, LLC, it give Eco Petroleum Solutions, Inc. a viable base
for new revenues.
