ITEM 5.02Departure of Directors or Certain Officers.
On October 28, 2022, the Company received a letter from Brad E. Herr resigning his positions as a director and as the chief financial officer of the Company. Brad explained in his letter that ongoing health challenges made it impossible for him to continue to serve in these positions at this time. The Company appreciates all that Brad has done for the Company and wishes him all the best for a speedy recovery.
