On January 22, 2020, Superior Energy Services, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its wholly owned subsidiary, SESI, L.L.C. (the “Issuer”) has (i) further extended the early participation date for its previously announced offer to exchange (as amended or supplemented from time to time, the “Exchange Offer”) up to $500 million of its $800 million aggregate principal amount of outstanding 7.125% Senior Notes due 2021 for up to $500 million of newly issued 7.125% Senior Notes due 2021 and cash and (ii) extended the expiration time for the Exchange Offer, in each case, upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in the Issuer’s offering memorandum and consent solicitation statement, dated as of January 6, 2020 (as amended by the press release, dated January 16, 2020).
