Sealed Air Names Kenneth P. Chrisman President of Its Product Care Division

Sealed Air Corporation (NYSE:SEE) announced the promotion of
Kenneth (Ken) P. Chrisman, formerly Vice President, Global
Cushioning Solutions, to Division President, Product Care,
effective immediately.

more than 27 years with the company. His solid history with the
Product Care division, his leadership skills and knowledge of the
business have earned him much respect among his peers and

Most recently, Ken was responsible for leading Sealed Air’s
Global Cushioning Products business, which included the development
and execution of a new global marketing strategy and new product
development portfolio.
Ken will report directly to Jerome Peribere and will be a member
of Sealed Air’s executive leadership team. His appointment comes
after an external and internal candidate search.
Along with a diverse business background, Ken has a B.S. from
the US Naval Academy and an MBA from Cornell University.
