Coca-Cola FEMSA Announces

Ordinary Dividend Proposal for 2024

Mexico City, Mexico – March 5, 2024 – Coca-Cola FEMSA, S.A.B. de C.V. (BMV: KOFUBL; NYSE: KOF) (“Coca-Cola FEMSA”), announces that its Board of Directors has proposed an ordinary dividend in the amount of Ps. 6.08 per KOF UBL unit (Ps. 0.76 per share) to be paid in four equal installments for the amount of Ps. 1.52 per KOF UBL unit (Ps. 0.19 per share), as of April, July, October, and December of 2024. The total amount of dividend proposed is Ps. 12,773.06 million.

The dividend and payment dates are subject to approval of the annual shareholders meeting to be held on March 19, 2024.
