Corning Announces Quarterly Dividend

Corning Incorporated’s (NYSE: GLW) Board of Directors today
declared a quarterly dividend of $0.24 per share on the company’s
common stock. The dividend will be payable on Dec. 17, 2021, to
shareholders of record on Nov. 12, 2021.
