On October 8, 2010, the Company issued a press release regarding the receipt of a notice of intended exercise of 25,975 Call Options representing the right to call $25,975,000 aggregate principal amount of the 7.375% Debentures of The Dow Chemical Company held by the Trust on October 25, 2010, a copy of which press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
