Explanation of Responses:
(1) Transaction reported is a grant of 7,709 restricted stock units representing shares of common stock, par value $0.001 per share, of the issuer (the "Common Stock") in which were approved by the Compensation Committee to accelerate the vesting date effectively to May 30, 2023. This updates Ms. O'Reilly's Form 4 filed on November 12, 2021, in which the original vesting date for 14,782 restricted stock units were to begin on May 1, 2022 at 25% and monthly thereafter for the next 36 months. As of May 30, 2023, 7,073 of the original 14,782 restricted stock units had already vested. The remaining 7,709 restricted stock units were to be immediately vested effective May 30, 2023.
