released a video tour of its wholly owned subsidiary, Marquis
Industries. The video can be accessed at the Company’s

The video demonstrates Marquis’ operations, including its
manufacturing plants, and the company’s newest capabilities –
printing images on carpet. It also features an interview with
Marquis executive Chet Graham, describing the operations as well as
its relationship to the parent company. Live Ventures has chosen to
make this video available to investors in order to provide a better
understanding of Marquis’ business and operations.
