Item 5.02         Departure of Directors or Certain Officer; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On December 7, 2023, Dr. Jeffrey Paley submitted his resignation from his position as a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Journey Medical Corporation (the “Company”), effective immediately. Dr. Paley did not resign as a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter, including relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
