New Ticker Symbol to be 'BLG' SAN FRANCISCO, Nov. 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Building Materials Holding Corporation (NASDAQ:BMHC) today announced that it intends to file an application to list its common stock on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). Upon approval of the application, the Company anticipates trading of its common stock will begin on the NYSE on Friday, December 8, 2006 under the new symbol "BLG". Until that time, the Company's shares will continue to trade on the Nasdaq National Market under the symbol "BMHC". Robert E.
