Upon approval of the application, the Company anticipates trading of its common stock will begin on the NYSE on Friday, December 8, 2006 under the new symbol "BLG". Until that time, the Company's shares will continue to trade on the Nasdaq National Market under the symbol "BMHC". Robert E.
