Baidu, Inc. (NASDAQ:BIDU) announced today that it has signed an
agreement with BMW China to develop the next generation Internet of
Vehicles (IoV) solutions that connects vehicles with smart home

determining efficient travel routes and reporting current traffic
conditions.
