At 8.30 am ET Tuesday, U.S. CPI for August is set for release.
Ahead of the data, the greenback held steady against its major
counterparts.
The greenback was worth 110.13 against the yen, 1.1810 against
the euro, 1.3855 against the pound and 0.9218 against the franc as
of 8:25 am ET.
